Missile Man of India
Dr Avul Pakir Jainulabdeen Abdul Kalam was an Indian Aerospace Scientist and politician. He serve as 11th President of India from 2002-2007. He was born at Rameshwaram in Tamil Nadu on 15 Oct, 1931. He studied Physics and Aerospace engineering. In India, he is highly respected as a scientist and as an engineer.
He came to know as the Missile Man of India of his work in the development of ballastic missile and launch vehicle technology.
His father was a boat owner named Jainulabdeen. He belongs to Muslim religion and he has a close friend who is the preist of Rameswaran Tample. Kalam was brought up in diffternt relegion society. His father often quoted from Quran to make young Kalam to see the world without fear. He has seven siblings. Kalam day started from 4 am to 11 pm. His father was not educated but he wanted to Kalam study. As he is good student, he is always supported by his teachers.
Kalam has lead several Project in his professional life, he is treated each as like his last. No doubt, he always lead the projects. His advisor Major General M Swaminathan explained Kalam's success as a leader "He has unique capability of being a boss as well as a worker. He can take any role with ease."
An Story that describe the Leadership quality:-
There were 70 Scientist working on a frantic Project. All the scientists got frustrated from the project and from the pressure of their Boss. But they are honest and loyal from their boss and never think to quit the job.
One day one of the scientist came to his boss and ask for him to leave the office 5:30 that day as he promised to his children to go exhibition with them. His boss replied "Yes you can leave the office early today." The scientist start his work after lunch. He was too busy in his work and did not know the time. As usual he saw his watch at 8:30 pm when his work is going to be finished. Then he remeber that he has promised to his childred to go exhibition and he has to go early today. After that he saw in his boss office who was not there. He closed everything and left to home.
He was filling guilty and reach his home. Children was not there. His wife alone sitting in the hall. She asked him "Would you like to have coffie or shall I serve dinner." He replied "I will take coffie, but where are children?" His wife replied "You don't know?" your manager came here at 5:15 pm and taken the children to the exhibition.
Actually happened there is His boss was observing him at 5 Pm that he is working very sereiously and he thought that he will not leave the work. But he promised to their children they should enjoy the visit to exhibition. So he take the children to the exhibition. The boss does not have to do it every time but he made more loyal to his staff. That is why, the scientist of thamba work under the boss even the stress was termendous.
Now you should know who was the boss. The boss was Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam.

डॉ अवुल पकिर जैनुलदेबेन अब्दुल कलाम एक भारतीय एयरोस्पेस वैज्ञानिक और राजनीतिज्ञ थे। उन्होंने 2002-2007 तक भारत के 11 वें राष्ट्रपति के रूप में कार्य किया। उनका जन्म 15 अक्टूबर, 1931 को तमिलनाडु के रामेश्वरम में हुआ था। उन्होंने भौतिकी और एयरोस्पेस इंजीनियरिंग का अध्ययन किया। भारत में, एक वैज्ञानिक और एक इंजीनियर के रूप में उनका बहुत सम्मान है।
उन्हें बैलेस्टिक मिसाइल और लॉन्च वाहन प्रौद्योगिकी के विकास में उनके काम के मिसाइल मैन ऑफ इंडिया के रूप में जाना गया।
उनके पिता एक जैनुलबदीन नाम के नाव मालिक थे। वह मुस्लिम धर्म से ताल्लुक रखते हैं और उनके एक करीबी दोस्त हैं, जो रामेश्वरन टम्पल के शिकार हैं। कलाम को डिफरेंशियल रिप्लेसमेंट सोसायटी में लाया गया था। उनके पिता अक्सर कुरान से उद्धृत करते थे ताकि युवा कलाम को दुनिया को बिना किसी डर के देख सकें। उसके सात भाई-बहन हैं। कलाम दिवस सुबह 4 से 11 बजे तक शुरू हुआ। उनके पिता शिक्षित नहीं थे लेकिन वे कलाम की पढ़ाई करना चाहते थे। जैसा कि वह अच्छा छात्र है, वह हमेशा अपने शिक्षकों द्वारा समर्थित होता है।
कलाम ने अपने पेशेवर जीवन में कई प्रोजेक्ट का नेतृत्व किया है, उन्हें हर एक को अपने आखिरी की तरह माना जाता है। कोई शक नहीं, वह हमेशा परियोजनाओं का नेतृत्व करते हैं। उनके सलाहकार मेजर जनरल एम। स्वामीनाथन ने कलाम की सफलता को एक नेता के रूप में समझाया "उनके पास एक कार्यकर्ता के रूप में मालिक होने की अद्वितीय क्षमता है। वह किसी भी भूमिका को सहजता से ले सकते हैं।"
नेतृत्व की गुणवत्ता का वर्णन करने वाली एक कहानी: -
एक उन्मत्त परियोजना पर 70 वैज्ञानिक काम कर रहे थे। सभी वैज्ञानिक परियोजना से और अपने बॉस के दबाव से निराश हो गए। लेकिन वे अपने बॉस से ईमानदार और वफादार होते हैं और नौकरी छोड़ने के बारे में कभी नहीं सोचते।
एक दिन एक वैज्ञानिक अपने मालिक के पास आया और उनसे उस दिन 5:30 बजे कार्यालय छोड़ने के लिए कहा क्योंकि उन्होंने अपने बच्चों को उनके साथ प्रदर्शनी में जाने का वादा किया था। उनके बॉस ने जवाब दिया "हाँ आप आज ऑफिस जल्दी निकल सकते हैं।" वैज्ञानिक लंच के बाद अपना काम शुरू करते हैं। वह अपने काम में बहुत व्यस्त था और उसे समय का पता नहीं था। हमेशा की तरह उन्होंने रात 8:30 बजे अपनी घड़ी देखी जब उनका काम खत्म होने जा रहा था। फिर उसने याद किया कि उसने अपने बच्चे को प्रदर्शनी में जाने का वादा किया है और उसे आज जल्दी जाना है। उसके बाद उसने अपने बॉस के ऑफिस में देखा जो वहां नहीं था। उसने सब कुछ बंद कर दिया और घर लौट गया।
वह दोषी भर रहा था और अपने घर पहुंच गया। बच्चे नहीं थे। उनकी पत्नी अकेले हॉल में बैठी थीं। उसने उससे पूछा "क्या तुम कॉफी लेना पसंद करोगे या मैं रात का खाना परोसूं?" उसने जवाब दिया "मैं कॉफी लूँगा , लेकिन बच्चे कहां हैं?" उनकी पत्नी ने जवाब दिया "आप नहीं जानते?" आपके प्रबंधक शाम 5:15 बजे यहां आए और बच्चों को प्रदर्शनी में ले गए।
दरअसल हुआ यह कि उनका बॉस 5 Pm पर उसे देख रहा था कि वह बहुत ही काम कर रहा है और उसने सोचा कि वह काम नहीं छोड़ेगा। लेकिन उन्होंने अपने बच्चों से वादा किया कि वे प्रदर्शनी का आनंद लें। इसलिए वह बच्चों को प्रदर्शनी में ले जाते हैं। बॉस को हर बार ऐसा करने की ज़रूरत नहीं है लेकिन उसने अपने कर्मचारियों के लिए अधिक वफादार बनाया। इसीलिए, थम्बा का वैज्ञानिक बॉस के अधीन काम करता है, यहाँ तक कि तनाव भी निर्भर था।
अब आपको पता होना चाहिए कि बॉस कौन था। बॉस डॉ। एपीजे अब्दुल कलाम थे।

आज 15 अक्टूबर को डॉ अब्दुल कलाम जी का जन्म हुआ था बहुत कम ही ऐसे अच्छे व्यक्तित्व दुनिया में जन्म लेते हैं। इसलिए हमें भी उनके जीवन से और उनके विचारों से कुछ सीखना चाहिए।
